But You Never Saw Me:   "Very nice, Mick!"
        - Roger Fisher - "Heart"
guitarist, songwriter Crazy on You, Barracuda
- WA

& There She Goes Home Again: "Gave me some shivers at the end."
Paris Had My Number:   "Is this the truth? Wow, are you timely! I don't usually watch the news, but did last night & heard about Paris Hilton's cell phone being hacked & thought of you! (:o)"
Going Batty:   "Makes sense to me. The last line really made me chuckle (surprise)!"

The Good, The Bad & The Ugliest:   "I read these lyrics & the others, written in first person, as if all that had happened to you. Hmmm. Effective. I was wondering, have you written music to each of these? Just curious. What do you do with all these lyrics you write?"

This Is Magic:   "I imagine your friend appreciates this very much & is touched by it. Nice the way you kept it upbeat. Good memories."
This Phone Is a POS:   "Me, too. Ain't it the truth! You're prolific!"

        - Gretchen Christopher - "The Fleetwoods",
singer, BMI Million Airs Songwriter Come Softly to Me
- WA

"You really are a talented & witty lyricist. Much success to you.
Saddami, Saddami, Baloney is clever.
I really like your Internet Christmas, Wishful Drinking & Blanket Thief Conspiracy."

It Won't Help:   "One of your best yet !"
A Different Man:   "I love it !"
An Extra Arm:   "It's terrific."
Norton AntiTerrorist:   "Very clever lyric.
I believe that it could certainly get played."

If the Holocaust was a Myth:   "It's a powerful lyric, amazing story line, very powerful & moving 2nd verse."
Diamonds in the Rough:   "Good concept & some excellent lines. Perhaps you can develop it more (longer) & make it more accessible to the majority audience, like another word instead of divorced ?"

Terrorists Don't Take a Vacation:   "Great lyric."
It Won't Help:   "One of your best yet !"
She's Turning Left:   "I love the concept & most of the lyrics. When you get a chance, please make it better, & more of a hit, like I know you can."

"I've been busy & have not had time to read what must surely be wonderful lyrics, but today, after 5 months of time pressure, I decided to read your latest lyric, Open Mouth, Insert Foot, & I think it's terrific. I believe you are capable of writing several more verses, & I'd like to write a tune for it, & make a demo, even if I don't get around to doing that, you will have a terrific novelty song. One more thing, please write a verse that a girl can sing; I have access to a great girl singer."

Tribute to a Father:   "Thank you for sharing. I read your speech; it is wonderful. I only hope my children will do half as well by me when it's time, although they can't copy your speech because I'm not a runner or a builder of exotic structures. My condolences to you & your family."

"If an opportunity arises where I may need a clever or humorous lyric, would you write a song with me in which I would write the music & you write the lyrics? I'm heavily occupied now with non music, & I still intend to have a hit song with you."

        - Jimmie Haskell - Grammy/Emmy winning arranger,
                    composer, producer
- CA

"It looks great!"
        - Tim Buppert - songwriter Another 9 Minutes;
                    She's Sure Taking It Well
- TN

"Nice site. You're apparently into trains. Something left over from childhood or a grown up fascination? Did you design the site? I'm currently looking for someone to design mine. I'd appreciate any tips if you have time. It looks great. Just don't lose the trains."

Oops, We Bombed the Wrong Country: "Nice work, Mick."
Saint Ronald Reagonomics:   "Excellent, Mick. I'm sitting here watching all this bunk about what a 'great communicator' he was & a hero. Horse Shit! His greatest accomplishment (dubious at best) was he rationalized cutting back on school lunch programs by declaring Ketchup a vegetable. His Trickle Down Theory economics succeeded in urinating on working class Americans like a cow peeing on a flat rock. His 'great communicator' handle obviously came out of the Iran-Contra hearings where all he could say was 'I can't remember'. The question is, did he have Alzheimers WHILE he was president or did he contract it afterwards? Keep up the good work, Mick."

        - John Townsend - "Sanford-Townsend Band",
pianist, singer, songwriter Smoke from a Distant Fire
- CA
