We saw the movie eight times
within a single week.
It soon was an obsession;
its spell was so unique.
We looked up every story.
We searched throughout the Net.

we hadn't found it yet.

We saw the movie eight times.
Each time revealed more clues.
We even read the backlash,
but we were not amused.
Like "The Blair Sandwich Project":
cheap humor, second-rate.
We had to check it for ourselves,
so close in the next state.

We've read of Elly Kedward,
of Rustin Parr, her slave,
how Eileen Treacle vanished,
how Robin Weaver's saved.
We'll enter Black Hills Forest
and head for Tappy Creek.
We'll find the trail to Coffin Rock
and evidence we seek.

        have already had enough
        and tell inquiring visitors
        that it's all a lot of stuff.

We'd prove this all to be a hoax
if we come out alive.
